Thanks for coming!

"The longer I live, the more I realize the impact of attitude on life. Attitude, to me, is more important than the facts. It is more important than the past, than education, than money, than circumstances, than failures, than successes, than what other people think or say or do. It is more important than appearance, giftedness or skill. It will make or break a company; a church; a home. The remarkable thing is, we have a choice every day regarding the attitude we will embrace for that day. We cannot change our past...we cannot change the inevitable. The only thing we can do is play on the one string we have, and that is our attitude. I am convinced that life is 10% what happens to me and 90% how I react to it. And so it is with you...We are in charge of our attitudes." (Charles Swindoll)

Happy Easter !
I hope you visited the website and saw the awesome stuff that is going on--especially the brochure! Thanks for the prayers and concern too.
It's been busy here, and while today was warm and sunny, the wind is blowing in rain clouds. Yipee!!!! Those newly planted trees are just about due for a drink of water.
I have also been busy with another project. There's a new site in town where you can build your own pages, much like My Space, only it's for us older people LOL. It's called "Not Over The Hill", and you can find the invitation to join, on their homepage at Cloudeight Internet. The invitation will say "Join us at NOTH". It's new, and was in beta, being checked out and tested. While some tweaks are still being implemented, it's ready to go. I haven't been able to do all I want with my own site there, but already I have met some new friends. People who share the same interests, hobbies,... it's been a blast.
If you are like me and felt My Space was too young for you, go check them out!!!!
And you may have noticed I have put up a new graphic at the top of the page. I usually will not ask for taggers to put my name on a tag, prefering to learn how to make my own, but I couldn't resist this one. I give all credit to Sher, who graciously personalized this for me. Cool huh? Talented lady indeed! Thanks so much Sher.
Sidney is getting excited about an upcoming field trip to Dollywood. They get to go every year, and sometimes we also go in the summer. We had planned on all of us going this summer and even had the tickets, but now I don't know if we will. We'll see. You know the old saying about best laid plans,....
Take care and have a great weekend if I don't see you before then.
